Oxbelly was established in 2015 by the founder of Faliro House Productions, Christos V. Konstantakopoulos. It is an annual international gathering of filmmakers, held in Costa Navarino, where emerging film professionals interact with experienced colleagues over a week-long program of panels, screenings and masterclasses. Oxbelly started as a family-inclusive film symposium; a place where hospitality and storytelling overlap.

Staying true to those values, the Athens Film Office partners with Oxbelly in order to bring a new series of events to the country’s capital. The core of these year-round activities is to strengthen the film and television community while integrating with the local community. A series of seminars, colloquiums, workshops, masterclasses and other educational tools will bring a network of industry professionals together.

Under the auspices of Oxbelly and the Athens Film Office, leading international and local experts will have the opportunity to deliberate on areas such as Acting, Production Design, Development, Production Services and more
