“Milky Way”, the long-awaited series of MEGA channel and Foss Productions will have its world premiere at the Series Mania Festival, which takes place in Lille, France, from March 17 to 24, 2023. This is a very important international distinction, which gives optimistic signs for the next day of Greek television creation.
Milky Way, written and directed by Palme d’Or winner Vasilis Kekatos, is the first Greek production ever to be presented at Series Mania, and in fact in the Official Competition section of the festival, where only 8 series from around the world are selected. Series Mania is the most important event dedicated entirely to the world’s greatest TV series, giving them an exclusive premiere on the big screen.
The 8-episode miniseries produced by Foss Productions, co-produced with MEGA, in collaboration with Plays2Place and the support of EKOME is expected to be aired in October 2023 by MEGA.
